Counsel for disputes and decisions that matter.
Complex legal matters rarely fit within a single category. The legal issues may be inseparable from governance, finance, reputation, succession, and personal relationships.
Complex legal matters rarely fit within a single category. The legal issues may be inseparable from governance, finance, reputation, succession, and personal relationships.
OSP begins by identifying what is truly at stake, how the issues connect, and which path is most likely to protect the client’s position. That path may involve litigation, negotiation, governance measures, transactional documentation, or a coordinated combination of strategies.
